Try to avoid gluten as a part of your fibromyalgia diet plan. Many people feel that it aggravates the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia and gluten free diet go hand in hand and help in treating the symptoms.

Never underestimate the power of daily exercise. It is not necessary to go for rigorous exercise everyday, but it is more important to do moderate exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Good fibromyalgia diet plans and daily exercise will surely help you alleviate the symptoms of fibromyalgia.
